by Randy Wolcott in 1997 and was originally known
as Industrial Real Estate Services. Over the next several years, the real
estate company grew to twenty employees and began
serving office and retail clients in addition
to industrial customers. In the spring of 2002,
ProVenture acquired the Nashville office of Dallas-based
Trammell Crow Company.
