Prior to joining ProVenture, Taylor worked with
Stout & Teague for 11 years. He directed in-house
leasing responsibilities for the firm and provided
third-party landlord and tenant representation
services to a broad range of owners and end users
throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Mr. Hillenmeyer has negotiated leases totaling
over 1 million square feet and over $150 million
in transaction value. He is a five-time recipient
of the Greater Washington Commercial Association
of Realtors' Developer Agent Award and was awarded
as a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar
Club in 2005.
